We encourage the involvement of non-profit organizations geared toward Chatham and Chatham Residents. If you are a member of the Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce, you are entitled to a space for no cost. If you are not selling anything the fee is waived for displaying. If you are selling anything the fee is reduced to $30 for non-profits. Download the forms for vendors from the forms page, including the hold harmless release. Just indicate on the top that you are non-profit and provide your Tax ID.

Submission of an application is not a guarantee for placement in the Festival. You will hear back from us informing you of your location.
